These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ROCKSOLID SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

The Service provides AI-powered tools for generating marketing videos and related content from user-provided inputs, including images, text, and other media.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload ("User Content").

Licence to Us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, and transmit User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to use and upload the content
• The content does not infringe any intellectual property or legal rights
• The content complies with applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Generate misleading advertisements or fraudulent materials
• Create deepfakes or deceptive media without proper disclosure
• Violate advertising, marketing, or platform policies

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. You acknowledge that:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use
• You assume all risks associated with use of generated content

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may monitor, review, filter, or remove content using automated or manual methods. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company.

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees may be charged on a subscription or usage basis
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers. We are not responsible for their services or actions.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
